3. Sesame Oil
Sesame oil is pressed from the seeds of a flowering plant. One tbsp of sesame oil contains 120 calories and about 14 gm of fat. Sesame oil also has a trace amount of vitamin E and about 2 mcg of vitamin K in one tbsp. This oil is mostly unsaturated fat which makes it a heart-healthy choice. It has 2 gm of saturated fat, just over 5 gm of monounsaturated fat and about 6 gm of polyunsaturated fat in each tbsp. Sesame oil is cholesterol free.
